EXECUTIVE TEAM

Andy Abbate is president of Tenbrook Associates Marketing & Public Relations. He has held c-level marketing and public relations positions and developed and implemented successful campaigns for companies in such diverse areas as financial services, hospitality, not-for-profit, healthcare, food service and international trade. He is currently on the Executive Board of the Town of Medley Chamber of Commerce, is a Board Member of the Prostate Cancer Mission and is member of the CBS4's Neighbors 4 Neighbors Miami-Dade Roundtable. He has served on the Boards the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, West Kendall Business Association, Grand Jury Association and Doral Business Council where he was one of the two original founders and was elected Vice Chair and Executive Committee member. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Communications Arts & Sciences from St. John's University in New York.

Bob Silverstein is Vice President of Tenbrook Associates Marketing & Public Relations. He has a BA from Florida International University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. Bob has a distinguished background in marketing, strategic planning, business development, project management and membership development. His professional experience includes senior management responsibility for both marketing and membership at major financial institutions. He is a recipient of the Florida Governor’s Sterling Award for Organizational Excellence, is a founding member of Credit Unions of South Florida and is a past president of the Southernmost Chapter of the Florida Credit Union League. Bob is a published author and a frequent speaker at trade conferences and seminars.
