Miami, FL – Andy Abbate, president of Tenbrook Associates Marketing & Public Relations, conducted a seminar at the quarterly meeting of the South Florida Chapter of the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters Society (CPCU). The members of CPCU requested this presentation as they recognize the value and potential of using Social Media to acquire new clients and improve customer service.
The presentation was divided into four distinct sections: Brief History of Advertising; Social Media and SEO; Why You Should and Should Not Use Social Media; and Social Media Dangers. The presentation was videotaped and is being provided as a free educational service by Tenbrook Associates.
